Your Key Activities and Experiences gained in Learn IT Do IT program The key learning encountered over the program is the ways to Create an interactive Training Module for the employees. I have involved in the exploration of Building a Training module for the initial period later out of the learning encountered framed Interactive Training Modules for the C- Suite employees. The various interactive worksheets are in the form of checklists, scenarios, case analysis, questionnaires, etc. These techniques had elevated the outcome of my learning from the topics Team Building, Setting Goals for others, Working with Boss, etc. The 5 weeks of Learning in the area of Training & Development has enhanced my experience in the field of Human Resources.
